 The AUM Speech and Hearing Clinic has been providing services to the citizens of central Alabama for nearly 30 years. The clinic is located in Rm 110 of the AUM Liberal Arts building. Patients are seen by appointment only. Don't hesitate to call at (334) 244-3408. The AUM Speech and Hearing Clinic Housed by the Department of Communication, the Division of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology offers the course work and practicum experience rquired for a Bachelor of Arts degree to students who have chosen speech-language pathology and audiology as a career field. The clinic also sponsors the AUM chapter of the National Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NSSLHA), the pre-professional organization for students pursuing a career in communicative disorders. The Speech and Hearing Clinic staff consists of four speech-language pathologists and four audiologists who collaborate to educate students and provide a variety of services to the public. |
